There may be a lot of ways to peel ginger but I find the spoon method to be the most efficient way to do it.

    Hi suguna,your tip for seasoning dosa Tava is simply awesome! It brought back life to my Tava which I had discarded as useless after several vain attempts at making dosa .thanks a tonne and keep up ur good work.you are a godsend to newly wed girls who do not know the a b c of cooking.

    Thanks for sharing this tip. never know this existed..
    Yes, peeling with spoon is much better than using a peeler.
